Between releases? Pause your plan instead of cancelling

Music careers don't run on 30-day cycles. You finish a release campaign, then spend two months in the studio, on tour, or just living. There's a lot of talk in the industry right now about subscription fatigue, and much of it comes down to one mismatch: tools bill monthly, but creative work moves in seasons.

Until now, your options during a quiet spell were to keep paying or to cancel. Cancelling always felt heavier than it should. So we built a third option.

Pause for one, two or three months

When you go to cancel, you'll now see an offer to pause instead. Pick one, two or three months. Billing stops for the pause window, and your subscription starts again automatically when it ends. Days you've already paid for stay yours to use, so nothing you've bought gets thrown away when the pause begins.

While you're paused, nothing gets deleted. Your private list, your campaigns, your reports and your tracked links are all waiting when you come back.

Your plan and discount come back with you

This is the part we care about most. Pausing doesn't reset your deal. When your subscription resumes, you come back on the same plan you were on, and any discount attached to your account is applied again automatically.

Coming back is automatic

Three days before your pause ends, we'll send you a heads-up email so nothing catches you by surprise. If you're ready sooner, there's a resume button on your billing page and you're back right away.

Pausing is available on monthly plans, once in any 12-month period. That keeps it what it's meant to be: a proper off-season, not a billing trick.

A quiet month shouldn't cost you your list

Your contact list is the asset you've been building since your first campaign. Every DJ, station and journalist on it is someone who chose to hear from you. Cancelling and starting over later means re-importing, re-warming and re-earning that attention. Pausing keeps the asset intact while you're heads-down on the next record.
